**Job description**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Lead Pitching**: Proactively connect with inbound and outbound leads to introduce and explain the franchise opportunity.
- **Franchise Model Expertise**: Provide in-depth knowledge about the franchise model, its benefits, operational support, ROI expectations, and value proposition.
- **Client Engagement**: Schedule and conduct virtual meetings or phone calls with interested leads, and attend to walk-ins as needed.
- **Follow-Up & Closure**: Maintain consistent follow-ups, address queries/objections, and drive the leads through the sales funnel to closure.
- **CRM Management**: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of interactions, leads, and sales progress on the CRM.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 3-5 years of core sales experience in any industry. Franchise sales or B2B sales experience is a strong plus.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly franchise sales targets.
**Skills**:
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities
- Self-motivated with a result-oriented mindset
- Comfortable with virtual and in-person client meetings
