We are hiring for a leading software company in India.
Job Title: Demand Generation Executive - IT Sales
Location: Chennai (on-site)
Department: Inside Sales (IT)
Experience: 1-7 years
Workdays: 5 (Monday - Friday)
Notice period: Immediately or 15 days
Job Summary:
This is IT inside sales, cold calling and lead generation. We are currently hiring experienced inside sales professionals from software/IT/emerging enterprise industry for a leading software company in India. As a Demand Generation Executive, you will be responsible for doing IT sales, generate potential leads and make cold calls. You should be fluent in English and Hindi (mandatory)
Roles and Responsibilities:
Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads through market research, outbound calls, and other proactive strategies. Collaborate with marketing teams to optimize lead generation campaigns.
Customer Engagement: Engage with prospective clients to understand their technology needs and challenges. Present our products and services effectively, highlighting key features and benefits.
Sales Development: Work closely with the sales team to develop and execute targeted sales strategies. Collaborate with technical teams to ensure a deep understanding of our technology solutions.
Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, opportunities, and sales activities in the CRM system.
Quota Attainment: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue and achieve sales goals.
Client Relationship Management: Nurture and maintain strong relationships with existing clients. Address client inquiries, provide product information, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualification:
Bachelors/Masters in any specialization.
**Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in IT sales (must), lead generation and cold calling.**
**Excellent communication in English and Hindi (mandatory)**
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Technical background or understanding of technology products and services.
Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
Note:
**We are looking for professionals with relevant experience and qualification who are living in Chennai or who can relocate to Chennai.**
