**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Conduct consultative sales discussions with prospects to understand their learning objectives and

challenges.
- Present our training solutions and demonstrate how they align with the client's needs and goals.
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with clients, earning their trust and confidence in our

training offerings.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly, ensuring a positive experience throughout the

sales process.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales interactions and activities in the CRM system.
- Track and manage the sales pipeline, follow up on leads, and ensure timely progress through the sales

stages.
- Work towards achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by the sales management team.
- Continuously strive to exceed individual and team sales goals.
- Stay up-to-date with our training programs, course offerings, and industry trends to effectively

communicate their value to potential clients.
- Collaborate with marketing and business development teams to align sales efforts with marketing

campaigns and initiatives.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports, including sales activity, pipeline updates, and achievement

of targets.

**Requirements**:

- Any Bachelor's degree or a related field.
- 2+ Year Experience in Sales
- Fluent in English with strong communication skills.
- Proven experience in Inside Sales or a similar role in the training industry or related field.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to identify customer needs and recommend

appropriate solutions.
- Understanding of the training industry, including training methodologies, certifications, and market

trends.
- A positive attitude, resilience, and a commitment to continuous learning and professional

development.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
