**Job Description: Inside Sales Executive**
**Position**: Inside Sales Executive
**Experience**: 1 to 3 years
**Location: Nelson Manickam Road, Nungambakkam, Chennai**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Lead Generation & Prospecting**:
- Qualify leads and build a robust sales pipeline.
- **Sales Pitching & Conversion**:
- Effectively communicate product/service features and benefits to prospective clients.
- Close sales and achieve assigned targets within the designated timeline.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:
- Maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
- Handle customer inquiries, provide solutions, and address concerns promptly.
- **Coordination & Reporting**:
- Collaborate with marketing and other teams to support sales efforts.
- Prepare and present daily/weekly sales reports.
**Required Skills and Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in inside sales or a similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office tools.
- Ability to handle objections and work under pressure to meet targets.
