**Job Title**: Front Office Executive
**Location**: DIGIT Institute, Madhapur
**Job Type**: Full-Time
**Reports To**: Branch Manager / Office Manager
Job Summary:
As a Front Office Executive, you will be the first point of contact for students, visitors, and clients, ensuring smooth administrative operations and excellent customer service. You will assist in managing office communication, handling inquiries, and providing support for daily administrative tasks to ensure the efficient functioning of the institute.
Key Responsibilities:
- **Customer Service**: Greet students, parents, and visitors, and provide them with necessary information about courses, schedules, and services.
- **Enrollment Assistance**: Support students with the enrollment process, ensuring all documentation is completed accurately.
- **Scheduling**: Maintain the schedule for classes, appointments, and meetings. Ensure the availability of trainers, rooms, and resources.
- **Office Coordination**: Manage daily office tasks, such as maintaining student records, filing documents, and ensuring office supplies are stocked.
- **Billing and Payments**: Assist in managing student payments, generating receipts, and coordinating with the accounts team for fee collection and billing inquiries.
- **Communication**: Convey messages, handle correspondence, and ensure smooth communication between staff, students, and parents.
- **Visitor Management**: Register and guide visitors to relevant departments and assist with any required paperwork or instructions.
- **Administrative Support**: Assist the counseling team and other departments with various administrative tasks, such as creating student reports, filing, and documentation.
- **Reports**: Help prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports regarding student attendance, inquiries, and other office activities.

- **Customer Service**: Friendly, approachable, and able to provide excellent service to students, visitors, and staff.

- **Tech-Savvy**: Familiarity with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace, and other office management tools.
- **Problem Solving**: Able to handle challenging situations and resolve conflicts professionally.
Qualifications:
- **Education**: Minimum qualification of a bachelor’s degree.
- **Experience**: Previous experience in a front office role is a plus but not mandatory.
- **Language Proficiency**: English and local language proficiency is a must.
