The Front Office Receptionist will be responsible for managing the front desk, greeting and assisting visitors, answering and directing phone calls, maintaining the reception area, and handling general office administrative tasks. The role also includes ensuring a professional and welcoming environment for clients and visitors. Qualifications - Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and managing Receptionist Duties - Experience in Front Office operations and Customer Service - Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written - Well-organized with attention to detail and ability to multitask - Proficiency in using office equipment and basic computer applications - Ability to maintain a professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment - Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar customer-facing role is an advantage
