**Digital Marketing Executive**

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage all aspects of social media channels, including content creation, posting schedules, community engagement, and performance tracking.
- Identify, engage, and manage relationships with influencers in relevant niches to promote brand awareness and drive engagement.
- Collaborate with influencers on content creation, campaign ideation, and execution to align with brand messaging and goals.
- Negotiate and manage influencer partnerships, including contracts, compensation, and deliverables.
- Monitor industry trends and best practices in influencer marketing to identify opportunities for collaboration and optimization.
- Analyze campaign metrics and KPIs related to influencer marketing initiatives to measure effectiveness and ROI.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and tools in digital marketing, implementing them effectively to enhance marketing efforts.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights to optimize marketing strategies.
- Detail-oriented with strong project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment while also being able to work independently and take initiative.
- Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and staying ahead of digital marketing trends.
