We have an exciting opportunity for you to step up as a Customer Service Advisor on an exciting campaign where you'll be professionally responding to customer enquiries across multiple platforms.

You will be required to deliver exceptional customer experiences while taking ownership from contact to resolution using your excellent communication and problem solving skills along with an excellent track record of achieving results.
**What you’ll be doing**:
- Engaging and quickly building rapport with customers by listening to and understanding their needs
- Ensuring every customer receives the highest level of customer service at all times
- Ensuring that the customer journey is personalised by providing appropriate choices making sure customer needs are at the heart of everything that you do
- Dealing with any customer queries or concerns in a positive and respectful manner
- Recognising appropriate opportunities to add value to the customer and the business through great conversations
- Driving your own performance to achieve individual, team and business objectives
- Taking personal ownership for your own self-development by actively seeking learning opportunities
- Actively supporting any business change and initiatives by supporting continuous improvements to ways of working
- Ensuring you keep up to date with all communications, processes and procedures
**What you’ll need**:
- Excellent analytical, judgement, typing, writing, communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Minimum experience of 1-2 Years
- Excellent typing speed with high accuracy
