Six working days for a week, which has rotational weekly off basis business requirements.
Not every Sunday is weekly off.
Have to take inbound calls for 480 minutes or to do outbound for 480 minutes everyday depends on your work assigned within 9 hours of shift time.

Department: Virtual Care
Qualification: Any Graduation
Mandatory languages: English, Tamil
Position description:
1. To achieve assigned Unit / value/ Income across product lines.
2. Customer communication.
3. Qualitative: Call Quality/Count of calls/Time on system/ Quality of sales.
4. Digital Product Penetration.
5. Audit and compliance.
6. Have to achieve income targets across Bank product line.
Primary responsibilities:
1. The incumbent is responsible for representing the Bank and presenting the bouquet of eligible products to the non-managed customer of the Bank.
2. Educate the customer on the digital products of the Bank.
3. RM is trained to identify the right product for the customer and explain the features and benefits of the product and selling the same for required revenue generation sales and Influencing and Communication Skills
Banking Product & Process Knowledge
Planning and Organizing Skills
Knowledge of Competition & Current trends in the financial Industry.
Have to work on holdays (rotational), In different shifts
Shifts are scheduled basis business requirements not by the employee.
Staff should have to work as per requirement of organization.
No transport facility available for any shift.
Documents require:
1. 10th Original Certificate.
2. Degree long Original memo.
3. Pan card.
4. 1 passport size Photo.
5. Resume including address.
6. Experience releaving letter. ( If you are experienced )
