Job Title: Seller Account Onboarding Executive

Location: Jaipur, India

Job Overview:
Amazon is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Seller Account Onboarding Executive in Jaipur. As a Seller Account Onboarding Executive, you will be responsible for guiding new sellers through the process of setting up and managing their accounts on the Amazon platform. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Seller Onboarding:
Assist new sellers in navigating the account setup process on Amazon, ensuring a smooth and efficient onboarding experience.

Provide guidance on creating product listings, setting up payment methods, and understanding seller policies and guidelines.

Training and Support:
Conduct training sessions to educate sellers on best practices for optimizing their product listings and maximizing sales on the platform.

Offer ongoing support to sellers, addressing inquiries and providing solutions to challenges they may encounter.

Account Management:
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any technical issues or challenges faced by sellers during the onboarding process.

Monitor seller accounts to ensure compliance with Amazon's policies and guidelines.

Documentation and Process Improvement:
Review and validate documentation submitted by sellers during the onboarding process, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the enhancement of onboarding workflows.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Proven experience in customer service, account management, or a similar role.

Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and online marketplace dynamics.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of Amazon's seller platform and policies.

Problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically.

Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.

Proficient in MS Office Suite and other relevant software

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
