**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Amazon Account Management**:

- Oversee and manage all aspects of our Amazon seller account, ensuring optimal performance.
- Optimize product listings with keyword-rich titles, bullet points, and descriptions to maximize visibility and conversion.
- Manage inventory, pricing, and stock levels to ensure products remain in stock and competitively priced.
- **Advertising & Campaign Management**:

- Create and manage Amazon PPC campaigns, ensuring a positive return on ad spend (ROAS).
- Monitor and optimize ad performance through data-driven decisions and performance analysis.
- Stay updated with the latest Amazon marketing tools and strategies to enhance campaign effectiveness.
- **Customer Service**:

- Handle customer inquiries, reviews, and feedback promptly and professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Manage and resolve any issues related to orders, shipping, or product satisfaction.
- **Jewelry-Specific Expertise**:

- Have a solid understanding of the jewelry industry, including common terms, materials, and trends.
- Maintain compliance with Amazon's category-specific guidelines, especially for jewelry.
- Coordinate with design and production teams to ensure accurate product descriptions and specifications for listings.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 3 years of experience managing Amazon seller accounts.
- Proven expertise in running successful Amazon PPC campaigns.
- Strong background in customer service and conflict resolution.
- Hands-on experience in the jewelry sector, with an understanding of its unique challenges on Amazon.
- Proficiency in Amazon Seller Central, including FBA (Fulfillment by Amazon).
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to improve account performance.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience using tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or other Amazon analytics platforms.
- Familiarity with Amazon’s Brand Registry and A+ content creation.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices for Amazon product listings.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
