Solely responsible for all Sales Coordination work for all the Group Companies
starting from Order Form, Dispatch, Delivery and Payments.
Business Execution:

- Maintaining all the Order Forms received from the team in ERP.
- Maintaining records for Contract Review matters.
- To ensure customer order is reviewed and clarified for:

- Documentation of customer requirement and clarity
- Any deviation from the contract is resolved.
- Company’s ability to meet the entire contractual requirement.
- To review amendment to contract and transfer it to customer as well as Works Head
and maintain records to this effect.
- To maintain all records of marketing and contract review.
- Mainly responsible to coordinate with Plants and Transporters for the dispatch of
Finished Goods.
- Coordination with transporters for arranging vehicle placement.
M.I.S:

- Collect data from all Domestic Marketing Team on day to day basis.
- Prepare the M.I.S reports with reference to Sales Forecast, Dispatch planned versus
achieved and Collection Forms.
- Collate data for weekly/ monthly - individual as well as for team.
- Account reconciliation of customers including various tax forms and Debit/ Credit
Notes.
- Prepare for monthly presentation.

ISO/ TS
- Maintain all records as per ISO/ TS norms like Feasibility Study, Order Form Delivery
Rating, Customer Feedback, Satisfaction Survey etc as per schedule.
- Facing internal as well as external ISO/ TS Audits.
Preparing for Trade Fair:

- Ensuring availability of brochures/ literatures/ visiting cards/ stationery and other
related items for Trade Fair visits.
- Buying and packing gifts for clients.
- Filing/ Maintaining record of visiting cards collected during exhibitions.
Coordination with other departments:

- Communicating with Transporters for Logistics.
- Follow up with Plant for technical feasibility, status of order and dispatch.
- Coordination with Purchase for special customer requirements and vendor creations.
- Coordinating departmental and interdepartmental meetings.
- Preparing, circulating and following up on the MOM for all meetings.
ERP:

- Responsible for smooth workflow in ERP.
- Entry of all mandatory fields in ERP for the generation of required document
processing in ERP.
Other activities:

- Maintaining and updating customer data base.
- Close liaisoning with International courier for economic rates and facility.
- Routine inward/ outward record keeping including coordination with courier for
sending samples.
- Weekly visits to manufacturing units for routine coordination.
- In the absence of team members will be responsible for attending to his/ her work.
- Responsible for satisfactorily completing any other work assigned to you by your
HOD and Management to meet the organisational goals.
- Visit to Tyre Company for Account Reconciliation, as and when required.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,561.62 per month
