**Job Summary**:
The Business Development Executive (BDE) is responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, creating partnerships, and maintaining long-term relationships with clients. The role involves market research, lead generation, sales, and contributing to the overall business strategy to increase revenue and market share.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Lead Generation & Market Research**:
- Conduct research to identify potential clients, markets, and business opportunities.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new growth areas.
- **Client Acquisition & Relationship Building**:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet those needs effectively.
- **Sales & Negotiation**:
- Negotiate terms and pricing with clients to ensure business profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Achieve sales targets and KPIs set by management.
- **Collaboration & Reporting**:
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional materials and campaigns.
- Provide feedback and insights on market trends and customer needs.
- Regularly report sales activities, progress, and results to senior management.
- **Business Strategy**:
- Contribute to the development of business strategies and long-term growth plans.
- Identify and act on new opportunities for product or service enhancements.
**Skills and Qualifications**:
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Engineering degree in Electronics, or related field. (preferred)
- **Experience**: 1-2 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
- **Communication**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- **Negotiation**: Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
- **Research & Analytical Skills**: Ability to conduct thorough market research and analyze data to inform business strategies.
- **Tech-Savvy**: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- **Personality Traits**: Self-motivated, results-driven, and adaptable to a dynamic work environment.
**Compensation**:
- Competitive salary + performance-based incentives.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
