**Job Role: Legal Executive**

**Qualification: 1-2yrs PQE**

**- Handling of industrial compliance matters pertaining to the FMCG, Food & E-commerce industry.**

**-* **Drafting, vetting, and negotiating various agreements including SaaS Agreements, Manpower Agreements, Logistics Agreements, Vendor Agreements, MSAs, NDAs.*

**-* **Drafting and timely updating internal policies and company documents to keep them aligned with the changing legal landscape. *

**-* **Filing and securing various licenses and registrations for the company such as FSSAI, GST, S&CE, Municipal permits etc. *

**Requirements**:
**-* **Graduate from a renowned law college.*

**-* **Strong command over the English language. *

**-* **Strong interpersonal and communication skills. *

**-* **Good drafting and research skills. *

**-* **Keen, earnest and detail oriented. *
