**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and deliver engaging training modules focused on soft skills such as:

- Communication and active listening
- Empathy and emotional intelligence
- Conflict resolution and problem-solving
- Time and stress management
- Professionalism and work ethics
- Teamwork and collaboration
- Patient interaction and service orientation
- Customize training programs based on roles (e.g., nurses, receptionists, technicians, doctors, support staff).
- Conduct training needs assessments through surveys, observations, and feedback from supervisors.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance monitoring.
- Provide one-on-one coaching or group workshops as needed.
- Collaborate with medical, nursing, and administrative leadership to align training with hospital standards.
- Maintain training records and prepare periodic reports on outcomes and improvements.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in soft skills training, especially in the healthcare context.
