**Job Overview**
**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage calendars, appointments, meetings, and reminders for senior executives.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and logistics.
- Prepare presentations, business documents, and meeting notes.
- Act as the primary point of contact between management, employees, and external stakeholders.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company and personal information.
- Assist in follow-ups, project coordination, and daily operational tasks.
- Support management with personal and professional errands when required.
**Required Skills & Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Business Administration preferred).
- 2-5 years of proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English, Hindi, and Bengali preferred).
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and digital tools.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and discretion.
