**Job Description for Backend Sales Profile**

Your primary job responsibility is to Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information, Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material ,Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested, Store and sort financial and non-financial data in electronic form and present reports, Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness, Monitor the team’s progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements, Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events.

**Requirements**:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field, preferably from a CBSE background.

Strong analytical skills and ability to manage and interpret data effectively.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Proven experience in maintaining detailed reports and handling backend data responsibilities.

Proficiency in database management and reporting tools.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹10,086.00 - ₹20,381.00 per month
