**QUALIFICATIONS**:
Any graduate or post graduate with knowledge warehouse operation. English must be his language preference throughout his education.

**Mandatory skills and experience**:

- 2+ years of hands-on experience in relevant field (Manufacturing Industry preferred).
- Basic experience with Excel
- ERP (Optional)
- Multitasking
- Good verbal & written communication skill
- Good computer skills with ability to handle internal external stakeholders independently

**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES**:

- Organize and maintain inventory and storage area
- Data Entry & Management.
- MIS Report Preparation (Based on Weekly, Monthly & Yearly reports)
- Ensure shipment Receiving, Storing & Picking operation
- Manpower management (Assigning & managing work given to warehouse associates)
- Identify areas of improvement and establish innovative or adjust existing work procedures and practices
- Store Management (Inventory, Stock Verification)
- Maintain 5S, Safety, FIFO in warehouse operation
- Packaging & Labeling of items to be dispatched.
- Execute & track Material Issuance.
- MHE operation & maintenance.
