Warehouse Incharge

About the Role: we are seeking a Packhouse Incharge who will be responsible for managing the unloading, loading, sorting & grading, packing, drying, quality measurement, and other critical activities within the packhouses. This role demands strong leadership, process optimization, and operational efficiency to achieve productivity and cost - effectiveness. **Key Responsibilities**: 1. Packhouse Operations Management - Oversee end-to-end packhouse activities including unloading, sorting, grading, packing, and dispatch. - Ensure adherence to SOPs for quality control, food safety, and efficiency in operations. - Maintain optimum workforce utilization to meet daily operational targets. 2. Manpower & Team Management - Supervise packhouse staff, including laborers, supervisors, and quality checkers. - Ensure proper training and productivity tracking of the workforce. 3. Quality Control & Compliance - Ensure mango sorting and grading are done as per predefined standards. - Conduct regular quality checks to maintain product consistency. - Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene regulations. 4. Inventory & Resource Management - Monitor and manage packaging materials, crates, and consumables. - Coordinate with procurement teams to maintain stock availability. - Optimize the usage of machinery and resources to reduce operational costs. 5. Logistics & Dispatch Coordination - Ensure smooth loading and unloading operations to minimize turnaround time. - Work closely with the logistics team for efficient dispatch and shipment scheduling. - Track daily output and resolve bottlenecks in dispatch operations. 6. Performance Monitoring & Reporting - Track daily throughput, labor efficiency, and cost metrics. - Prepare reports on operational KPIs and improvements for management review. - Identify process gaps and suggest continuous improvement initiatives. Who Can Apply? - 5+ years of experience in packhouse, warehouse, or supply chain operations. - Experience in agriculture, FMCG, or food processing industries is preferred. - Strong leadership, problem-solving, and process optimization skills. - Ability to work under pressure and meet high-volume operational demands. - Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP, or warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus. **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year **Benefits**: - Health insurance - Provident Fund Schedule: - Day shift - Rotational shift **Experience**: - Warehouse management: 1 year (preferred) **Language**: - Telugu (required) **Location**: - Hyderabad, Telangana (preferred) Work Location: In person Application Deadline: 28/02/2025 Expected Start Date: 04/03/2025
