We are seeking a highly skilled Production Planning and Control Manager to oversee our production processes and ensure efficient operations.

**Job Overview**: The Production Planning and Control Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing production plans that align with company goals. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical and leadership skills to optimize manufacturing processes and ensure timely delivery of products.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Production Planning**: Develop and manage production schedules based on demand forecasts, inventory levels, and production capacity to ensure efficient use of resources.
- **Inventory Management**: Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and finished products, coordinating with suppliers to ensure timely procurement and mínimal stockouts.
- **Process Optimization**: Analyze production processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement; implement best practices to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with engineering, quality assurance, and sales teams to align production capabilities with customer requirements and market demands.
- **Performance Metrics**: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure production efficiency and effectiveness; prepare regular reports for senior management.
- **Resource Allocation**: Manage staffing and resource allocation to meet production targets while ensuring a safe and productive work environment.
- **Problem Solving**: Address production issues promptly, implementing corrective actions to minimize disruptions and ensure continuous operations.
- **Compliance**: Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies throughout the production process.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in production planning and control, preferably in the manufacturing sector, with experience in door locks and handles being a plus.
- Strong knowledge of production processes, inventory management, and lean manufacturing principles.
- Proficient in using ERP systems and production planning software.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong leadership and communication abilities to work effectively across departments.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
