Job Title: PPC Engineer – PEB (Pre-Engineered Buildings)Department: Production / Planning & ControlLocation: DelhiQualification: B.E / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial EngineeringJob Responsibilities:- Prepare and monitor production plans, schedules, and material requirements as per project timelines.- Coordinate with design, procurement, and production departments to ensure smooth project execution.- Analyze fabrication drawings and determine material and manpower requirements.- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production reports.- Track project progress and identify bottlenecks to ensure timely completion.- Follow up with vendors and internal teams for material availability and dispatch planning.- Optimize utilization of machines, manpower, and materials to minimize delays and wastage.- Ensure timely release of cutting plans, shop drawings, and work orders.- Maintain and update ERP / Excel-based dashboards for planning and tracking.- Coordinate with logistics for dispatch planning and project deliveries.- Support management in forecasting, capacity planning, and production analysis.Required Skills:- Strong knowledge of PEB fabrication and erection processes.- Proficiency in MS Excel / ERP systems / MS Project.- Good understanding of steel manufacturing / fabrication planning.- Excellent coordination, communication, and analytical skills.- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):- On-time delivery of projects- Production schedule adherence- Reduction in idle time and rework- Material utilization efficiency
