Job Title:PPC Engineer – PEB (Pre-Engineered Buildings) Department:Production / Planning & Control Location:Delhi Qualification:B.E / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering Job Responsibilities: Prepare and monitorproduction plans ,schedules , andmaterial requirementsas per project timelines. Coordinate withdesign ,procurement , andproductiondepartments to ensure smooth project execution. Analyze fabrication drawings and determinematerial and manpower requirements . Preparedaily, weekly, and monthly production reports . Track project progress and identifybottlenecksto ensure timely completion. Follow up with vendors and internal teams for material availability and dispatch planning. Optimize utilization ofmachines, manpower, and materialsto minimize delays and wastage. Ensure timely release ofcutting plans, shop drawings, and work orders . Maintain and updateERP / Excel-based dashboardsfor planning and tracking. Coordinate withlogisticsfor dispatch planning and project deliveries. Support management inforecasting ,capacity planning , andproduction analysis . Required Skills: Strong knowledge ofPEB fabrication and erection processes . Proficiency inMS Excel / ERP systems / MS Project . Good understanding ofsteel manufacturing / fabrication planning . Excellentcoordination, communication, and analytical skills . Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): On-time delivery of projects Production schedule adherence Reduction in idle time and rework Material utilization efficiency
