Receive, review, and verify invoices for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies and procedures.

Code invoices with appropriate account codes and ensure proper documentation is attached.

Enter invoices into the accounting system accurately and promptly.

Resolve discrepancies with vendors and internal stakeholders as needed.

Prepare and process payments including checks, ACH transfers, and wire transfers. Reconcile payments with invoices and ensure timely disbursement to vendors.

Monitor payment due dates and take necessary actions to avoid late payments or penalties.

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
