To Lead by example in exhibiting high levels of service orientation and proactive customer handling.
To ensure total familiarity with all instructional manuals and operating procedures applicable to the role.
To ensure timely and accurate compliance with the standards laid down under ISO for the departmental functioning.
To supervise daily scrolls of all PCCs on shift.
To ensure accurate and timely registrations & report movement.
To ensure timely action on Total Customer Experience Questionnaire” feedback received.
To follow Cash / Credit / Corporate billing /discount instructions and handle hospital information system efficiently.
To handle inter and intra departmental coordination.
To effectively utilize Hospital Information System, EPABX system and other software provided.
To be well groomed, punctual & adhere to company policies and practices.
To have complete orientation of QMS and EMS system of Hospital.
To have complete Awareness about Disaster Management Programme (DMP) of the hospital.
To Comply with the service quality Process, environmental & occupational issues & policies of the respective area
To Comply with patient safety policy
To ensure safe utilization of equipments and proper waste disposal system
