As part of our expanding team, we are seeking a Telesales Agent who will help us connect with our clients and grow our community.

**What We Seek**:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and capable Telesales Agent to be part of our vibrant team. In this position, you'll play a key role in contacting prospective customers, informing them about Suktam's distinctive healthcare methods, and assisting them in making knowledgeable health decisions.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Client Outreach**:

- Proactively make outbound calls to potential clients, introducing them to Suktam's services.
- Understand and address client needs, guiding them towards suitable health solutions.
- **Sales and Conversion**:

- Present and sell Suktam's services effectively, focusing on the benefits of our holistic approach.
- Achieve and surpass individual sales targets.
- **Client Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Handle customer queries and follow-up communications effectively.
- **Product Knowledge**:

- Stay informed about Suktam's offerings and how they benefit different health conditions.
- Educate clients about the integration of Ayurveda, Yoga, and holistic practices in our services.
- **Feedback and Improvement**:

- Collect feedback from clients and suggest improvements to our services and sales strategies.

**Who Can Apply**:

- Proven experience in telesales, customer service, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
- A team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Basic computer literacy and CRM software knowledge.
- Passion for healthcare and wellness is a plus.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
