Job Title: Telesales Representative

Location: Gurgaon, India

Experience: Minimum 6 months in telesales or related field

**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce our products or services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
- Effectively communicate product features, benefits, and pricing to potential customers.
- Identify sales opportunities and follow up on leads generated through various channels.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas on a monthly basis.
- Handle objections and resolve customer complaints in a professional manner.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to share feedback and insights for continuous improvement.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, sales techniques, and industry trends.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including compliance with telemarketing regulations.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 6 months of experience in telesales, telemarketing, or related field.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and quotas.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers over the phone.
- Results-driven and self-motivated with a positive attitude.
- Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate effectively.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in sales or marketing is preferred.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
