Primary job will be to close the sale on property, identify new sell leads and make sales.
- Making calls on daily basis and having good convincing power so that you can land a good sale
- Addressing queries of buyers over company’s website and various other websites and updating accordingly.
- Good communication and presentation skills for developing end to end connection with the buyer and for their better understanding.
- Good learning skills and knowing how to adapt to changing environment.
- Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints diligently.
- Preparing and sending quotes and proposals to promote sales.
- Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets as decided by the organisation.
- Participating in sales team meetings to boost skills.
- Good negotiation and problem-solving skills

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
