**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential clients (parents, students) to promote our home tutoring services
- Understand the client’s requirements and offer suitable tutoring solutions
- Schedule meetings between clients and our academic advisors
- Follow up on leads to ensure a successful conversion to sales
- Maintain detailed records of conversations and feedback
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly targets for sales and appointments
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in telemarketing or sales, preferably in education services
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated
- Good listening skills and the ability to understand customer needs
- Confidence in making cold calls and closing sales
- Proficiency in using CRM software is a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
