**Job Summary**:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Tele-caller to join our team at CoAdvice. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, providing information about our luxury apartments, plotted development and assisting in the initial stages of their home-buying journey. You will play a key role in building relationships and contributing to the growth of our company.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective clients.
- Provide accurate and detailed information about available properties, pricing, and amenities.
- Assist clients in scheduling property viewings and connecting them with the relevant sales representatives.
- Qualify leads by identifying client needs and preferences, ensuring the right fit with our property offerings.
- Maintain and update customer databases with accurate contact details and communication records in CRM.
- Follow up on inquiries and provide timely responses to client questions and requests.
- Work closely with the sales team to support lead conversion and client engagement efforts.
- Assist in promoting special offers, upcoming property launches, and exclusive deals.
- Maintain a professional and courteous manner in all client interactions, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Proven experience in tele-calling or customer service, preferably in real estate or a luxury goods environment.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with clients over the phone.
- Knowledge of real estate terminology and trends is a plus.
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently to meet targets.
- A customer-focused approach with excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Positive attitude, self-motivated, and goal-oriented with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
