As a Counter Sales Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers at the service counter. You will assist in providing excellent customer service, handling sales transactions, offering product knowledge, and resolving any issues that arise. The role requires a friendly and professional demeanor, strong communication skills, and a customer-focused attitude.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and engage customers in a professional and friendly manner.
- Assist customers in selecting products based on their needs and preferences.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
- Provide information on product features, availability, and pricing.
- Handle customer complaints or concerns and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Maintain an organized and clean sales counter and product displays.
- Restock shelves and keep inventory organized and updated.
- Upsell products and services to meet sales targets.
- Assist in processing returns and exchanges according to company policies.
- Ensure the counter area is stocked with promotional materials, pricing labels, and any necessary paperwork.
- Collaborate with other team members to meet store goals and objectives.
