**Key Responsibilities**:
**Counter Sales & Customer Engagement: Assist customers in selecting jewelry, providing expert guidance, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience.**

**Product Knowledge: Stay updated on jewelry trends, designs, and market dynamics to offer informed recommendations to clients.**

**Sales & Target Achievement: Drive in-store sales by engaging customers effectively and meeting sales targets.**

**Inventory & Merchandising: Ensure proper handling of jewelry stock, maintain display aesthetics, and update inventory records as needed.**

**Billing & Transactions: Handle POS transactions, invoicing, and assist customers with billing inquiries.**

**Customer Relationship Management: Build long-term customer relationships through personalized service and follow-ups.**

**Key Requirements**:
**Jewelry Sales Experience: Prior experience in a jewelry showroom is mandatory.**

**Strong Communication & Customer Service Skills: Ability to engage and assist customers professionally.**

**Product Knowledge: Understanding of jewelry designs, materials, and trends.**

**Sales-Driven Attitude: Ability to meet sales targets and drive revenue growth.**

**Polished & Presentable Personality: Well-groomed and professional appearance to represent the brand.**
