
Customer Service Representative

**Job Summary**:As a Customer service representative you will be the primary point of contact for customers calling in with issues or inquiries. This role requires excellent customer service skills, excellent communication skills in both **English and Hindi**, and the ability to issues efficiently.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Customer Interaction: Handle high volume calls in both **English and Hindi **in a professional and friendly manner.
- Issue Resolution: Diagnose and resolve related issues by guiding customers through standard procedures.
- Customer Satisfaction: Aim to resolve customer issues on the first call.
- Compliance and Quality Adherence: Follow company policies, procedures and compliance requirements.
**Qualification and Skills Required**:
- Any Graduation (Must have certificates).
- Minimum 1+ years experience in customer service roles (Customer service in banking domain will be added advantage).
- Fluency in **English and Hindi **is mandatory.
