We are seeking a Chess Coach for a school or academy would be responsible for teaching chess fundamentals and advanced strategies, organizing tournaments and matches, and developing individualized training programs for students of varying skill levels.

JOB RESPONSIBILITEIS:

- **Teaching and Coaching**:Delivering engaging chess lessons, covering topics like basic rules, opening strategies, middlegame tactics, and endgame techniques.
- **Curriculum Development**:Creating lesson plans, study materials, and online resources for students of different skill levels.
- **Tournament Organization**:Planning, managing, and overseeing chess tournaments and matches, ensuring fair play and positive sportsmanship.
- **Student Assessment**:Evaluating students' current chess levels, strengths, and weaknesses, and tailoring coaching accordingly.
- **Communication and Collaboration**:Regularly communicating with students, parents, and educators to track progress, set goals, and address any concerns.
- **Individualized Coaching**:Providing personalized guidance to students, helping them identify their weaknesses, and develop their strengths.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
