Job Description:
As part of this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients in the UK, generating leads, and contributing to the growth of the company’s client base.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers in the UK market, presenting company products/services and generating leads.
- Qualify leads and set appointments or forward them to the appropriate team for further action.
- Maintain a professional and courteous tone while engaging with clients.
- Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly lead generation targets.
- Provide accurate and timely updates to the team on call outcomes.
- Handle customer inquiries and objections professionally to ensure a positive experience.
- Document and update lead information in CRM systems.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- **Excellent Communication Skills** in English (Fluent, Neutral Accent preferred).
- Previous experience in **Outbound Calling** or **Lead Generation** for international markets (especially the UK) is a plus.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, sales-oriented environment.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools or lead management systems is an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and convince potential clients.
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team.
