Job Title: International Calling Process Agent

Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled International Calling Process Agent to join our team. As an International Calling Process Agent, you will be responsible for handling inbound calls from the USA market for cable and internet services. Your primary role will be to cross-sell and up-sell the products of cable and internet services to the customers.

**Responsibilities**:

- Handling inbound calls from the USA market for cable and internet services
- Understanding customer needs and requirements
- Offering relevant products and services to customers
- Upselling and cross-selling the products of cable and internet services
- Achieving sales targets on a regular basis
- Resolving customer queries and complaints
- Maintaining customer satisfaction by providing excellent customer service
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures

Qualifications:

- Minimum 12th pass
- Fluent in English communication
- Good convincing and selling skills
- Must have experience of at least 1 year in BPO sales profile in international countries

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹19,000.00 - ₹39,196.68 per month

**Benefits**:
