**Job Title: Voice Process Associate**

**Location:Perungudi, Chennai**

**Experience**:
**Mandatory**: 6 months to 3 years of experience in International Voice Process (not in customer service or domestic voice process)

**About the Role**:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Voice Process Associate to join our team in Perungudi, Chennai. As a Voice Process Associate, you will be responsible for handling inbound customer calls, resolving queries, and providing excellent customer service in an international voice process setting.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle inbound customer calls and respond to queries in a timely and professional manner
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a fair and courteous manner
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers on products and services
- Meet or exceed performance targets, including call handling time, first call resolution, and customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with team members to achieve team goals and objectives
- Participate in training and development programs to continuously improve skills and knowledge

**Requirements**:

- **Mandatory**: 6 months to 3 years of experience in International Voice Process (not in customer service or domestic voice process)
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to work in a night shift (8:00 PM - 5:30 AM)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple calls simultaneously
