BPO Executive (International Voice Process)

**Position**: BPO Executive
**Location**: Gate No: 5, Greeta Tech park, Perungudi, Chennai, Tamilnadu
**Shift**: Night Shift

**Qualifications**: Any Graduate/Undergraduate

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle inbound and outbound calls for customer support and service inquiries.
- Provide accurate information and solutions to customer queries.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while assisting customers.
- Document customer interactions and update databases accordingly.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service quality and efficiency.
- Achieve individual and team performance targets.

**Qualifications**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Any educational background is acceptable (graduate or undergraduate).
- Prior experience in BPO or customer service is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
- Willingness to work in night shifts.
