**Job Title**: International Voice Process Executive - Insurance Billing (Night Shift)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle inbound/outbound calls from UK and US clients regarding insurance billing queries and concerns
- Provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues efficiently and effectively
- Pitch existing services to clients, upselling/cross-selling opportunities
- Build strong relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Meet or exceed monthly targets and performance metrics
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM software

**Work Schedule**:

- Night Shift: 8 PM - 4 AM (Indian Standard Time)
- Weekend Off (Saturday and Sunday)
