**Job Title**: Online Sales Coordinator

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle inbound inquiries and convert them into sales opportunities.
- Provide detailed product information and recommendations based on customer needs.
- Understand and effectively communicate with clients having foreign accents.
- Maintain and regularly update client communication records and follow-ups.
- Collaborate closely with the sales, dispatch, and design teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist in preparing quotations, proforma invoices, and client-specific documents.
- Monitor online leads and respond promptly with a professional approach.
- Maintain a strong understanding of current product lines and upcoming collections.
- Schedule client appointments and manage calendar coordination for video calls.
- Build long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
- Assist with social media responses or promotional campaigns when needed.
- Help with after-sales service, ensuring customer satisfaction and feedback collection.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell based on client interactions.
- Provide regular reports to management on sales performance and client feedback.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Fluent in English (written and spoken) - must be comfortable on video calls.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and listening skills.
- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to understand and respond confidently to foreign accents.
- Polished, presentable, and client-focused approach.
- Time management, multi-tasking, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Prior experience in online sales, client coordination, or customer service is preferred.
