
Online Sales Executive

As an Online Sales Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving our online sales growth. You will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and nurturing leads through our digital channels, ultimately converting them into paying customers.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Lead Qualification**: Qualify leads based on their needs, budget, and decision-making authority.
- **Sales Cycle Management**: Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to closing, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- **Customer Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional service and support.
- **Sales Reporting**: Track and analyze sales performance, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
- **Online Marketing**: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute online marketing strategies.
- **Product Knowledge**: Stay up-to-date on our product offerings and industry trends.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in online sales or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
