Client Experience Executive

**Job Description**:
- Work closely with Client Experience team to create an employee engagement and experience calendar for long-tail accounts.
- Coordinate with the events team while conducting events across client locations.
- Work on collecting feedback during event days to observe hits and misses for any events.
- Coordinating with multiple teams to understand the pulse of the client and work on client experience plans accordingly.
- Maintain and manage data for employee engagement activities to be implemented across client locations and generate revenue through events and creating cafeteria experiences.
- Regular visits to client locations to understand employee engagement scope accordingly.
- Work on fetching and onboarding new vendor contacts for employee engagement activities and D2C brands for promotional activities at the cafeterias.
- Help maintain a catalog of customized gifting solutions for existing and newly acquired clients.
**Requirements**:
- People-oriented and a good team player.
- Result Oriented, be accountable and hold accountable
- Proven experience of 3-5 years in managing in a similar environment
- Strong knowledge of Engagement activities
- Exposure to business development channels
