As we expand, we’re looking for a Client Servicing Manager to lead client relationships and ensure flawless event execution.Key Responsibilities:- • Be the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring end-to-end service and satisfaction- • Understand client briefs and translate them into effective internal execution plans- • Coordinate closely with design, production, and operations teams to deliver as per expectations- • Present proposals, concepts, and post-event reports to clients- • Ensure timely communication, updates, and approvals from clients throughout the project lifecycle- • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts- • Maintain documentation, MoMs, project trackers, and feedback reports- • Handle client escalations with professionalism and speedKey Skills Required:- • Strong communication and interpersonal skills- • Ability to understand brand objectives and translate them into actionable plans- • Exceptional project coordination and multitasking ability- • Good presentation skills and confidence in handling senior stakeholders- • Knowledge of event flow, production basics, and creative briefsExperience & Qualification:• 3–6 years in client servicing or
