21North is a path-breaking concept in the Indian and International Auto after Sales Industry: aimed at solving the perennially existing problem of vehicle owners finding trustable service providers to help service and maintain their car and provide roadside assistance.
WHAT IS THE JOB ABOUT
This role involves answering the service questions, suggesting information about the services, and fulfilling needs to ensure customer & employee satisfaction.
- Resolve service problems by clarifying the complaints, determining the cause of the problem, and suggesting the best possible solution within the time limit
- Manage a large amount of calls by various stakeholders
- Build a sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
- Document and maintain a record of each customer interaction
WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING IN
- Undergraduate or fresher
- 2- 3 years experience (Call center/customer support experience in e-commerce would be an added advantage)
- Should be familiar with city's local language
