1. Administrative Support:
Manage and maintain executive schedules, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports.
Organize and maintain confidential files and records.
2. Meeting Coordination:
Schedule and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas, materials, and minutes.
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and follow-up on action items.
3. Travel Arrangements:
Arrange travel itineraries, accommodations, and transportation.Prepare and process travel expenses and reimbursements.
4. Project Management:
Assist in the planning and execution of various projects and events.
Track project timelines, deliverables, and ensure deadlines are met.
5. Communication:
Serve as a point of contact between executives and internal/external clients.
Handle requests and queries appropriately.
Represent the executive in meetings, as required.
6. Other Duties:
Conduct research and compile data as needed.
Perform other administrative tasks and special projects as assigned.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
