**Job description**

**Requirements**:

- The Systems Engineer/Administrator will be responsible for maintaining, improving, and securing the IT infrastructure of primarily our virtual animation studio on a cloud private network and the physical animation studios as and when required.

**Responsibilities**:

- Backup and Recovery systems
- Implement, maintain, and troubleshoot a variety of enterprise backup systems
- Produce and maintain written documentation of IT processes followed in the company.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of the business continuity and Disaster Recovery plans
- Deploy and maintain standard Windows Remote Desktop configurations.
- Manage and monitor all the systems related infrastructure by coordinating with cloud service providers.
- Supervise Active Directory and user role permissions when needed
- Manage and maintain Studio Rendering Infrastructure (software and hardware)
- Conform to and enforce company IT security policies as per required by remote working setup
- Train and mentor, the other IT team members

**Key skills**:

- Strong communication skills
- Methodical approach to identify and solve the technical problems.
- Should have experience in procurement of IT related inventory
- Good Knowledge of Windows and MAC Operating Systems.
- Strong knowledge of configuring, installing, and maintaining private cloud network with VPN and firewall security

**Required Qualification**:

- Graduation/Post-graduation Degree in IT or equivalent technical stream

**Experience**:2-3 years

**Verbal communication**:Good, Precise and clear in Hindi as well as English language

**Written communication**:Proficient in English for documentation.
