**Finance Systems Administrator**

Reporting to the Sr Director of Finance Systems, the Great Plains Administrator will be a key member of the Finance Systems team. You will be responsible for the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains (GP) and OneStream within GLG. Your primary focus will be to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the Great Plains and OneStream systems, providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with various departments to enhance system functionality.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the day-to-day operation and maintenance of the Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains platform.
- Coordinate and execute system upgrades, ensuring seamless transitions with mínimal disruption.
- Document wireframes and workflows to support requirements.
- Support OneStream end of month, end of quarter, and year-end processes.
- Support OneStream with Consolidations, Tax Provisioning, Account Reconciliation, and Task Manager functions.
- Customize and configure the systems to meet specific business requirements, ensuring seamless workflow integration.
- Write clear and concise defect reports for resolution.

**Experience / Skills**:

- 8+ years of experience as a Great Plains Administrator or similar role.
- 2+ years of experience with OneStream.
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics GP and associated modules.
- Strong understanding of SQL Server and database management.
- Programming skills in C# preferable.
- Certification in Microsoft Dynamics GP is a plus.
