**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. System Administration**:

- Manage and maintain **Windows and Linux servers**, including user account management and security updates.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot **operating systems (Linux/Windows)** on desktops and servers.
- Monitor system performance, backups, and disaster recovery plans.

**2. Network Administration**:

- Configure and maintain **LAN, WAN, VPN, and firewall** systems.
- Ensure network uptime and troubleshoot network performance issues.
- Set up and manage **routers, switches, and access points** for optimal performance.
- Implement **network security measures**, including firewalls, antivirus, and intrusion detection systems.

**3. IT Support & Troubleshooting**:

- Provide **L1/L2 technical support** to employees for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Assist in **software deployment, updates, and IT asset management**.

**4. Security & Compliance**:

- Conduct **regular system audits and vulnerability assessments**.
- Ensure compliance with company data security policies and best practices.

**5. Documentation & Reporting**:

- Maintain detailed IT infrastructure documentation, including network diagrams and system configurations.
- Track and report IT incidents, resolutions, and performance metrics.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science**, IT, or a related field** (or equivalent experience).
- **2-3 years** of experience in **IT system administration and network engineering**.
- Proficiency in **Linux OS (Ubuntu, CentOS, Debian) and Windows Server administration**.
- Experience in **configuring, troubleshooting, and maintaining Outlook (Microsoft 365, Exchange Server)**.
- Strong understanding of **TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, and VPNs**.
- Experience with **firewall configuration (pfSense, Fortinet, Cisco ASA, etc.)**.
- Hands-on experience with **IT security, backup, and recovery solutions**.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Good communication skills and ability to work independently.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹420,000.00 per year
