**Key Responsibilities**:
**IT Systems & Infrastructure**:

- Maintain and troubleshoot computers, printers, internet, LAN/WAN, and POS systems.
- Handle software and hardware installation, configuration, and updates.
- Maintain data backups and ensure security of systems.

**Electrical & Maintenance**:

- Supervise regular maintenance of electrical systems (lighting, HVAC, UPS, etc.).
- Coordinate with electricians and technicians for urgent repairs.
- Maintain an asset register of electrical and IT equipment.

**Vendor & Facility Management**:

- Identify, evaluate, and manage service vendors (electricians, AMC providers, housekeeping, security, etc.).
- Ensure timely servicing of assets through Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs).
- Monitor cleanliness, workplace safety, and basic facility requirements (e.g., water, lighting, ACs).

**Operational Support**:

- Oversee utility consumption and ensure optimal usage.
- Maintain records/logs of maintenance requests and resolutions.
- Support store relocations, expansions, or refurbishments.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma/Bachelor's degree in IT, Electrical, or a related field.
- Working knowledge of electrical systems and facility operations.

**Additional Requirements**:

- Willingness to work on-site and respond to urgent issues promptly.
- Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams.
- Prior experience in retail, manufacturing, or facility-heavy environments preferred.

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
