We’re seeking a highly skilled System Administrator with expertise in LivePerson or Salesforce to improve our platform's efficiency and reliability. This role plays a critical part in managing system integrations, optimizing performance, and ensuring seamless data flows that enable exceptional customer service experiences

Role Description...

We need an experienced System Administrator to join our Care Transformation team. Your primary responsibility will be to contribute to the development of our next-generation contact center platform. Work closely with skilled engineers to build and maintain critical infrastructure for data-driven insights on our care platform.

What you'll get to do...
- Actively write clean, maintainable and efficient code on important projects
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to team and personal learning
- Help drive releases, on-call rotation, production incident response, and post-mortems
- Troubleshoot and debug issues across the stack

Your experiences should include...
- Prior experience of 3 to 5 years configuring and maintaining large deployments of third-party systems
- Strong understanding of system integration, API configurations, and data flows
- Proficiency in configuring user roles, permissions, and platform settings at scale
- Hands-on experience with system performance monitoring and troubleshooting
- Experience developing customized reports, dashboards, and metrics to track performance indicators
- Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., JavaScript) for system customization
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams

You might also have...
- Prior experience with LivePerson or Salesforce CRM software
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and the use of standard methodologies for system deployment
- Experience with automation tools to improve operational efficiency
