Job Description: Sales Executive for LED Lighting Luminaires

Position Overview:
As a Sales Executive for LED Lighting Luminaires, your primary responsibility will be to drive sales and promote the adoption of LED lighting luminaires in various market segments. You will play a crucial role in generating revenue by identifying potential clients, building relationships, and closing sales deals. Your expertise in LED lighting technology and your ability to understand customer requirements will be essential in providing effective solutions and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Generation:

- Identify and target potential customers within assigned market segments, including commercial, industrial, residential, and government sectors.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and increase market share.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify business opportunities and stay informed about industry trends.
- Generate leads, follow up on inquiries, and convert them into sales opportunities.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients.

2. Customer Relationship Management:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions using LED lighting luminaires.
- Conduct regular customer visits to understand their requirements, address concerns, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Provide accurate and timely responses to customer inquiries, quotations, and product information requests.
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing and technical support, to ensure seamless customer experience.

3. Sales Process Management:

- Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to deal closure.
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotations, and contracts to clients.
- Negotiate terms and conditions, pricing, and contractual agreements with customers.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure timely delivery and installation of LED lighting luminaires.
- Track sales activities, customer interactions, and sales pipeline using CRM tools.

4. Industry Knowledge and Product Expertise:

- Stay updated on industry trends, new product developments, and competitor activities.
- Provide technical support and guidance to clients on LED lighting solutions.
- Conduct training sessions and product presentations for clients, distributors, and sales teams.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in the lighting industry.
- Strong knowledge of LED lighting technology and luminaires.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Result-oriented with a track record of achieving sales targets.
- Good negotiation and closing skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events as required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
